Working with Sankeetha was a terrific experience. She represented my company very well. She was thorough and communicative. She does an excellent job at balancing my business needs and what we wanted. I will definitely be working with her again.

As an organizational consultant in the small business sector, seldom do I have the pleasure of working with professionals who possess a unique mix of audience “relatability”, ability to simplify subject matter, and most importantly to be able to deliver an impactful and meaningful presentation to aspiring and established entrepreneurs.
I had the pleasure of inviting Sankeetha as guest presenter to the Fairmount Innovation Lab to speak to our Launchpad Accelerator cohort about legal structures and picking the right entity for your business. The natural proficiency with which she was able to present the material commanded the attention of the crowd and convinced many of our incubated businesses to rethink their strategies and re-plan their courses.
Amongst some of the feedback I received from the cohort was her ability to be break down legal language to layman’s terms while being direct and convincing. Case example of such is one of our startups that focus on being intermediaries for creative/festive events for corporations and organizations. They have been doing deals sans contract for months. Sankeetha’s simple but convincing explanation on the importance of contracts between partners (especially where money is exchanged) forced them to get their ducks in a row. They have since realized the importance of having these things notarized and this action step has now become standard protocol for all of their transactions.
Her PowerPoint slides were well edited despite having short notice. As for the length of time it took to go over all of the slides, she stayed well within the allotted time and had ample time remaining for a serious round of Q & A.

When I knew I needed to create a LLC, it was important for me to have the assistance of someone "face to face" and not from a service that rhymes with Legal Doom. Working with Attorney Selvarajah was everything I wanted and more. Not only did she take the time to slowly go over every aspect of the LLC document, she also was patient enough to explain to me certain aspects of it in "layman terms." If you are a small business, it truly helps to have attorneys like Attorney Selvarajah available to you. I highly and strongly recommend Selvarajah Law, P.C.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sankeetha on several presentations and papers on risk management and business assistance for lawyers and other professionals. She is a skilled communicator with a broad grasp of the subject matter and conveys her message in an effective manner, both personable and professional that captures her audience. I recommend Sankeetha not only as a great attorney and business consultant but as a dynamic presenter with the knowledge to back it up.

Sankeetha has been essential at helping me start and continue as a business. She was very educational since the beginning on paperwork, procedures, and any issues she has seen in her experience. However, she does not only bring the legal aspects to the table, but she also has been great in giving business advice, helping to develop a business plan, referring the right people to work with, and checking in periodically to see how the business is going. On the legal side she has been there to give recommendations, taking every issue very seriously and looking out for the interests of my business first. I would gladly recommend her as an attorney and as a member of the advisory board of a business.

Sankeetha's help has been a total game changer in my business! From the start, she has had a desire to understand our services and market in an intimate way so she can protect us by pointing out potential weak points. She is incredibly inquisitive, asking the questions other attorneys never did. Working with Sankeetha is so much more than NDAs and other legal documents -- she makes sure that all our processes are structured in a way that protect the company as well. As the company evolves, her advice expands.
While Sankeetha is a lawyer, she has so much heart too -- a woman who is so passionate about her work and helping businesses grow. When issues arise, I trust her advice implicitly but she also empathizes in ways that makes me feel more supported as a business owner. When she needs to interact and negotiate with others on behalf of the company I know that she is not only bringing her expertise, intense knowledge of the law, and the best interests of the company to the table, but also that great bedside manner to challenging situations.
Solopreneurship can often feel lonely and overwhelming, but Sankeetha makes it easy, and allows me and my team to focus on OUR genius, knowing that she is in hers when it comes to protecting my company.
